Diversity, equality, inclusion and human rights

We are a firm that is committed to diversity of thought, ideas and viewpoints and where all our people, regardless of their background, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability or sexual orientation feel they belong.

At Mewburn Ellis, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion throughout all aspects of our operations, including our supplier base. We believe that a diverse supply chain enhances our business performance, fosters innovation, and contributes to the economic growth of the communities in which we operate.

We have a Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer putting this important topic on the Board agenda and making it an active part of our decision-making process and an active Inclusion & Diversity Collaboration Group.
